Right care, Right place, Right price!

Free senior living placement

Valor Senior Care helps you find the right care, in the right place, at the right price. We are a placement agency, not a paid “finder fee” service for families. You pay nothing. Communities pay us.

How placement works

One conversation. A short list that actually fits. Tours if you want them. No obligation to choose what we show you.

1. Tell us what you need

Call or send the intake form. Medical needs, budget, timing, and whose name is on the decisions.

2. We vet, then you tour

We check licensing, quality, resident feedback, and cost, then typically walk 3–5 communities with you.

3. You choose. We stay.

Move-in support and a person to call after. Still free for the family.

Start with what you already know

If you know the type of care, go to that page. If you do not, stay with the three steps above — call or send the form. A lot of families are not sure yet. That is a normal first conversation.

I know the type

Assisted living

Homes and larger communities. Daily help without a hospital floor.

Memory care

Dementia, wandering, sundowning — not “assisted living plus reminders.”

Skilled nursing & rehab

Hospital discharge, short-term therapy, or long-term nursing when assisted living cannot hold.

A small team, not a call center

Brittany brings a nurse practitioner’s clinical eye. Cristina has 15 years in senior care. Joe is a retired Navy veteran and VA liaison. You will work with people, not a national lead mill.

Need a community tour — or just a straight answer?

One form covers the intake and a tour request. If it is urgent, call. Same-week placements happen; so does planning months ahead.
